Today, I’m a full-time, paid writer. The title is unimpressive to some but still remarkable to myself. I went from a tired teacher squeaking out blogs for pennies on the weekend to someone who can proudly brand her LinkedIn portfolio with prestigious writing positions.

I created this blog to document everything I continue to learn about the writing world and to share my knowledge. I made my career pivot after hours spent reading every scrap of free information online, and I’m hoping I can now give back.
